这是我星期天烘的云石蛋糕，刚从烘炉拿出来时，哈哈。。。外表真的不怎么样咯，还有裂痕，也许烘的时间太长了。Auntie Irene, 是什么原因嘞？？第一片就想到一定要给Nicole,因为她“外表不重要”，Nicole hor?
切开一看，哇，不错啦，里面还蛮美的嘞。吃上一口，不得了。。。外皮脆脆的，里面moist moist的，香浓的butter味还带有微微的可可味。喔。。真是一开口就停不了口。谢谢Auntie Irene的recipe。赞！！

Not bad leh, your marble butter cake texture looks soft & the pattern very nice. I personally prefer to eat this type of cake to the creamy ones. Last Saturday my sis birthday I meant to bake this cake but she passed me another recipe to try instead, so I ended up didn't bake this cake, but will to bake it one day.

U're welcome. I love to cook too since I was a teenager but I can't bake as no one taught me. What I can cook are only home dishes. If I bake cake or cookies or kuay, the whole thing would be messed up, certainly can't be eaten at all, just like rubbish. Heheez.....
