Kueh Makmur!!

这个星期天只有Margaret,Joanne小OinkAuntie Irene家做糕点,就如Auntie Irene 所说的“其他的丫头,不知野到哪儿去了”,呵呵。。虽然人不多,我们却做了2份的Kueh Makmur大概有200多粒耶。看!这次的Kueh Makmur形状 是不是更均匀?这就是Margaret 所为的熟能生巧,实力不可忽视,哈哈。。。

错过这次聚会的姐妹们,告诉你们,这可是我们的 improved recipe 哟,皮儿是又,馅是入口即化,就连boh gay的阿公阿婆也可以享用哟。

说得没错,这次的kuih Makmur皮比上个星期做的更酥松,达到‘入口即化’的境界和标准哦!当时真的是虚惊一场,幸亏化险为夷,所谓误打误撞,错有错着也!哈哈!

还有,这次的花生馅也比上次的磨得细,也就容易搓成团,制作时间也就缩短了一些咯。

Wow! Oink Oink,
Aunt Irene's malay friends also said very good, so we must be very happy ya!

Yesterday my malay colleague brought kueh makmur to my office and let me try. Guess what! My friend is no taste. I still like chai chee kueh makmur. Hee! Hee!

ya lor, my colleagues who have tried these Chai Chee No. 1 Kueh Makmur all said very nice & fragrant. 我们的幕后策划师傅auntie Irene功劳最大,功不可没,采用最好最新鲜的材料精心调配和用最好的。。。不好说了,等一下让人说我们'好恋',嘻嘻!

may i know where you get the mould for doing it? Does it need a lot of work. I hae tried a lot of times to bake it but failed. Is it delicious?
