Hi oink oink,Just tried the Kuih Lapis.bottom layer is stick to tray and not able to take out evenly.I bought packet coconut milk.How to improve in the bottom layer so that it will not stick to tray.

Welcome to my blog, regards to your pbm, I'm not sure leh cos mine use pkt coconut oso but no stick leh, but you can try using fresh coconut cos it's more oily so maybe won't stick. Use a plastic knife to cut the kuih easier. Try again and let me know ok?

i tried to dish on friday. thanks for the information.
on friday i tried the Kuih Lapis and it turned out good. it was nice but the colour wasn't so nice.
i also tried the pineapple rice. and it turned out nice. today i tried the muffins & the Saga & Honey Dew Dessert. the muffins is nice but the sega honey dew dessert was not so nice because coconut milk was to strong. i put 1000ml of coconut milk. is that packet fresh coconut milk. & i put 500ml of water.and can i ask you one more question? how to post pictures on blog? takecare & have a nice weekends!
