The centre of the cakes look empty. can try doing some deco e.g. fruits or chocolate bars, or try putting in some words to make it more presentable. Otherwise, nice try for a first timer.
Well done! I'm impressed with your chocolate cakes. You learnt cake baking or have someone guiding u before? 'Cos your success rate is pretty high and u are able to do the finishing touch & decorate your cake quite well too. Your repeated attempts on these chocolate cakes also show that u & your family are die-hard chocolate lovers, am I right?
Hi Oink, Aiyo, break our promised hor, I thought I'm the first to mum mum one? where's my share, u owe me huh....I will paste sticker & hang pig head if u don't rtn my "bite". 怕了吗?so u know what to do la.
Your chocolate sponge cake looks so lovely. My family love to eat this cake as well. So far, i have baked for 5 to 6 times already. But none of mine rise as nice as yours. Can u teach me what's your secret of success. I followed exactly untie Irene's recipe, but my cake always rise about 1.5 inches. Did u cover your cake using aluminium foil when the top part turn brown? I really wish to improve but don't know how. Best regards from CK
