Baked this traditional mooncake on last Sat night, with lotus, red bean and durian lotus again. My family prefer durian AGAIN! Aiyo. looks like I will just stick to durian lotus liao. Actually, I prefer Durian also, haha...

U also get the durian lotus from PH, the way u described & so many fans, they must have tasted wonderful. I'm still not sure whether I want to try this traditional or not, cannot trust my oven leh + not very keen with super sweet stuff.

Thank you, I'm quite satisfied with my traditional mooncake also,就不知道Auntie Irene觉得如何呢？I bought the durian lotus from Guang Xiang Tai $12/bag,nt PH. PH 1 looks dirty, dare not buy. Actually, I don't find the mooncake very sweet leh but my mum say slightly sweet.
